The Grade 5 students at Sunflower Trilingual School are learning how to cultivate mushrooms as part of their PBL (Project-Based Learning) curriculum. They have been growing different types of mushrooms at school, such as oyster, fairy, and hungary. To enrich their learning experience and expose them to more mushroom varieties and cultivation methods, the school has arranged a field trip to the Mushroom Cottage Farm in Nonthaburi Province. The farm is a well-known mushroom producer that offers educational tours and workshops for visitors. The students will have the opportunity to see how the farm grows, harvests, and processes mushrooms, as well as learn about the nutritional and environmental benefits of mushrooms. The field trip will take place on Thursday, August 31, 2023. The school hopes that this field trip will inspire the students to continue their PBL project with enthusiasm and creativity.
