The final level of compulsory education emphasizes the learner's search and discovery of their aptitude and likes. This level also promotes the development of their personalities, critical thinking and creative thinking skills, problem-solving skill, and life skill. Learners should know how to use technology in society and also be well balanced in knowledge, ideas, morality, and pride in their Thai ethnicity. These qualities are the foundation to advance their education and vocation.
